The unlimited golf is included only for the adults with the purchase of at least a 7-night stay. We do not sell individual golf rounds or unlimited golf separate from the resort stay.
Please note that stays of less than 7 nights have a pricing approximately 20% higher than the rates above and do not include the unlimited golf. This is because they are not considered part of the timeshare agreement, but rather a discounted hotel reservation.

For your security and convenience we have established the following reservation and payment process. This process allows for you to know the status of your reservation at any point. This is how we process the reservations and payments:
- You make your request and we make the hotel reservation.
- We send you a reservation notification with all details (including the reservation in your name).
- You can confirm your reservation directly with the hotel by calling them at 1 (800) 346-8225.
- You send us your payment and then we will pay the hotel for the reservation.
- You can confirm your reservation (fully paid for) by calling 1 (800) 346-8225. You can also contact the hotel via the web at www.palaceresorts.com
All prices are stated in US$: payment needs to be made in US dollars by wire transfer, bank's manager check, personal checks (only if payment made 60 days before check-in date), or credit card (using PayPal an additional 3.5% fee applies).

Hurricane policy: Full refund if cancellation is made 72 hours or less before a hurricane strikes.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance of your check in date. If cancellation is done within 30 days before check in date, there is a $200 cancellation fee. Due to high demand, refunds on Presidential Suites will only be provided on an exception basis.
No-show policy: No refund available if no cancellation request is made by the check in date.

Other important information
The hotel will provide you additional information about tours, activities, etc. so that you can plan your vacation week.
There are no additional costs for the "basic" hotel services (including service, taxes, and tips). There are no hidden resort fees or charges. One price covers everything, except for the cost of transportation to the Playacar golf course.
Premium services are charged separately; Premium services include swimming with dolphins, golf lessons, scuba, spa services, and certain motorized sports like jet sky. There are no "end of trip charges" like other all-inclusives.
You can check in and check out any day of the week, there is no restriction.
Once you are staying at one hotel you can use the facilities of any other Palace hotel at no other cost.
Smoking/Non smoking preference will be confirmed at the time of making the reservation. Ocean views can be requested at the time of making the reservation, however the hotel will not confirm it until the check in date.
